Kimberly Harbin is a Directing Attorney on the Children’s Representation Program, based in the Los Angeles office. She represents Unaccompanied Children in the Los Angeles area and serves as the liaison with the federal Long Term Foster Care and the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor program where ImmDef clients are placed. She is a graduate of Tufts University and Harvard Law School. Prior to practicing immigration law, she was a corporate lawyer and served as in-house counsel for two non-profits. She serves on the Law Student/New Member Division and State Advocacy subcommittees of the Southern California Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
