On occasion ImmDef may use third-party texting platforms to communicate with our donors, clients, or others. We may establish initial communication by third-party messaging platforms, and you may opt-out by replying, “Stop.” By opting in and sharing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us for marketing, fundraising, programming, or other purposes. We will not share your phone number with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.  

We may share your Personal Data, including your phone number with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

By opting in you understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone or devices may be able to view the messages you receive from us, and you agree that we will not be liable to you if this occurs. 

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and we are not liable for the cost of any such messages. You may receive multiple or recurring messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
