![The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process to every person on U.S. soil—not just citizens, not just those entered with documentation, but every human being. That means no one can be seized without cause and deported within days without the chance to speak to an attorney, understand their rights, or let alone be found within ICE's own systems. But our attorneys have seen this happen as recently as last week. Allegedly Tom Lyons, acting director of ICE, said back in April 2025 that ICE needs to operate “like a business… like [Amazon] Prime, but with human beings.” But the Constitution is not a commodity and cannot be twisted to justify a cruel vision for immigration enforcement at the expense of dignity and due process for all.

📞Call your representative before Friday Feb. 13 and urge them to vote no on additional funding for ICE and CBP with #ICEOut demands: No more: continuing resolutions, qualified immunity, enforcement at sensitive locations, warrantless arrests, family detention and expanding detention facilities, racial profiling, mission creep, Operation PARRIS, Alien Enemies Act, etc.! We need: a full Congressional investigation into use of force/deadly force.
